So once I heard this fact(umm rumor) about Brittany Spears' work out plan. To keep her tummy flat and sexy she does 700 crunches a day for one week, and eats 5 small meals a day. Doesn't sound too hard right? Well I announced this to the girls I teach with, and they thought that it would be a great idea if we each committed to this workout. We were supposed to start on Tuesday, and by church on Sunday we are supposed to report back. Yeah, umm this was my idea and guess how many crunches I have done. zero. keep it real.
